We hope you love everything you buy from us FORTOK.RU (old
name ZBAGS.SU), if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your
recent order(s), we will gladly accept returns on items that are in new
condition with original tags attached. Return item(s) must not be washed, worn,
altered or damaged –return your item(s) to us within 7 days from the date you
signed the parcels. You can expect the return in 7-14 days from the date we
receive the item(s).
Incorrect Goods:
If you receive the wrong goods, please contact and return them
within 7 days - we will arrange for a
replacement.
Faulty Goods:
If the goods that you received are defective, you can return
them for a refund or exchange. You must contact us within 7 days after the
order has been placed to get a replacement or a refund. We will cover the
shipping fees and all other expenses.
Please note that if you continue to use the items after
discovering the issue, we may not be obligated to provide a refund.
Exchanging Goods.
We allow you to exchange your order within 7 days after
receiving it, as long as it has not been washed, worn, or altered. Extra
charges must be paid, and credit charges may be used or repaid. By trading
orders, you will cover fair costs.
After passing the QC checking, the preshipment photos were
found to be free of flaws. Customers who want to refund for whatever
reason must return the product to us, pay the additional fee, and receive a
credit that can be used or refunded. We will refund 50-70 percent of the money
you paid if the packages are able to pass through the Customs.
Orders for Final Sale and Other Unreturned Orders
All Final Sale items are non-returnable.
Other Unreturned
orders
1. The package was broken during transportation, but the
items are in good condition (We will compensate you for relevant losses).
2. Items are broken after being used (Can be repaired,
charges will be covered by you).
3. Items have been washed, used or damaged.
4. You received the items more than 7 days.
5. The package is blocked by the Custom.
How to return an item
purchased online by mail
1. To apply for a return, contact customer service (Must
contact before returning).
2. If at all possible, bundle your return in the original
shipping package.
3. Include all of the original packaging and extras. (If the
original packaging and accessories are missing, we can execute a return with a
small deduction from your refund).
4. Send your return the address you confirmed from Customer Service.
